VOLUNTEERS
Any person interested in the work of AHMMAC can volunteer. We have had the support of archive and museum friends. Thanks to an agreement with the Friendship Foundation (Amistad Británico-Mexicana), university students in England and retirees have conducted social services in the different areas of the institution, as well as the University of Artois, France.
Students from several education institutions have the opportunity to do their internship and/or professional practices in different areas of the AHMMAC, according to the topic of their interest: archives, museums, exhibitions, research and administration.
INTERNSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES
Internship can be done in any area of the institution, for professional practices the students are assigned to areas related to the career that is being studied.
Requirements:
• Letter of presentation from the school where they are enrolled.
• Pass the training course provided by AHMMAC
• Know and accept the Public Service and Internal Rules and Regulations.
• Comply with the working hours and assigned tasks.
• Submit reports, on time and correctly
Lack to comply with the last two items is reason to cancel the internship and/or professional practices.
GRANTS
AHMMAC submits archives and museum projects in order to obtain grants in which students can participate writing their thesis with topics related to the work of this institution or by being part of projects in the museums.
